The City Tourism and Investment Promotions Office (CTIPO) of San Fernando, in partnership with the Department of Tourism (DOT) Region III, conducted the third Quarter Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) Training last week in Maimpis.
The whole-day session was attended by personnel from various regional government offices located within the government center, aiming to strengthen customer service standards and promote the core values of Filipino hospitality in public service delivery.
DOT-accredited and FBSE Master trainer Malu Galang facilitated the training, covering modules such as The Philippine Tourism Industry Situationer, The 7Ms of Filipino Hospitality, The GUEST Steps to Service Excellence, and The HEART of Service Recovery.
CTIP Officer Ching Pangilinan emphasized that the program forms part of Mayor Vilma Balle-Caluag and the City Governmentโs continuing efforts to nurture excellence and professionalism in tourism and public service.
