DOT-III Takes Part in the ASEAN Tourism Forum 2026

The Department of Tourism โ€“ Region III (DOT-III) proudly participates in the ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) 2026, a premier regional platform that brings together tourism ministers and industry leaders from ASEAN Member States. The forum serves as a vital venue for discussing key tourism issues, fostering regional collaboration, and advancing sustainable and resilient tourism across the ASEAN region.
Through this, Central Luzon highlights its strengths in wellness, culture, and cuisine, led by Apricus Spa, where delegates experienced soothing massage treatments by skilled therapists, offering an introduction to Filipino healing traditions. Wellness-inspired giveaways featuring locally sourced essential oils also complemented the experience. Adding cultural depth, Angeles City showcased Kulitan, the indigenous Kapampangan writing system, while guests savored local delicacies such as Uraro of Porac and Ensaymada of Magalang, Pampanga, celebrating the regionโ€™s rich heritage and flavors.
As part of the Regional Tourism Showcase, the Wellness Pavilion, curated by DOT-III in collaboration with CALABARZON and Western Visayas, presents the best of Philippine wellness, medical tourism, spiritual retreats, and holistic health experiences. Through this participation, DOT-III reaffirms its commitment to promoting meaningful, immersive, and proudly Filipino tourism experiences, inviting the world to discover Central Luzonโ€™s unique offerings on the global stage.
