BATAAN STRENGTHENS HOSPITALITY STANDARDS THROUGH A SERIES OF FBSE SEMINARS

The Provincial Tourism Office, in collaboration with the Department of Tourism (DOT), successfully concluded a series of Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) seminars held across different tourism establishments in the province of Bataan.
These seminars aim to embed Filipino values and culture into frontline hospitality, bringing warmth, care, and excellence to every guest experience, not only in Central Luzon but across the country.
September 29, 2025 – La Jolla Hotel and Beach Resort, Bagac
A total of 45 passionate service employees participated in the training facilitated by FBSE Master Trainer Dr. Jay A. Aquino, with support from DOT Representative Mr. Erwin Joshua Salta.
September 30, 2025 – George’s Hall, Bayandati Resort, Morong
52 frontline workers from nearby resorts joined the session led by Dr. Jay A. Aquino, with the assistance of Mr. Erwin Joshua Salta.
October 2, 2025 – Sinagtala Farm Resort and Adventure Park, Orani
40 dedicated service employees from various accommodation establishments within the resort took part in the training led by Mr. Gil T. Regondola, supported by DOT Representative Ms. Nikka Nulud.
October 4, 2025 – Casa Veles Hotel, Mariveles
An exclusive session was facilitated by Mr. Gil T. Regodola, training 23 participants including the establishment owner, Mr. Johnson W. Tam.
October 7, 2025 – Vista Venice Highland Resort, Morong
43 service employees participated in the seminar led by FBSE Trainer Mr. Gil T. Regodola, with assistance from DOT Representative Mr. Nathan Palma.
Through these series of seminars, Bataan continues to uphold its commitment to fostering world-class service rooted in genuine Filipino hospitality.
